Atlanta bound Tuesday July 28

Last night found Justin in good spirits. HE HELD AN EMPTY CUP IN HIS RIGHT HAND WITH NO HELP (yippee).........he is excited to be moving on to Shepherd and I'm sure the nurses are glad to get rid of him (ha). We appreciate each person who played their role in this journey and will never forget you all.

We will update again once we get to Shepherd and get Justin settled in.

Our hearts overflow with gratitude and love. Keep praying..................

  1. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! Holding a cup, eh? That's subliminal messaging for, "Hey, put some ice cream in this cup.." LOL....

I saw Justin yesterday morning before I left work. I went in his room with Mama Hen and he was sleeping. We woke him up...and yep, just like you said, he was in the dumps. We could look at the "dumps" as a bad thing, but my glass is half full; like you said, Justin gets disappointed at the slightest setback, and this is a good thing! I missed that smile though....I wanted to see that smile before he left! I think Mama Hen is coming this morning before you guys leave (if she isn't there already). I'm playing Mama Hen here at the house, but I set my alarm before 0600 so I could get up and say goodbye, kinda. LOL....

Justin is in my thoughts (a lot) and definitely in my prayers. Like I said, Team Justin is growing (my husband asks me when I get home...Did you see Justin this morning? :o) )

SIGH.... I'm ready to get this show on the road. You guys have a safe trip to my old stompin' grounds..make sure you go to the Mall of Georgia while you're there (there isn't a store in the nation that isn't in that mall).

AND I BEG YOUR PARDON- I am NOT glad to get rid of him, in a selfish little way. hee hee....I'm gonna miss him. But I know he has to leave us for a phenomenally good reason.

Can't wait til he eats. Take that boy to a buffet when he can eat and comes home...so he can put some fat back on those ribs!!

Much love to all of you, and remember that there are some gals in Dothan that love ya and are cheering/praying for healing! Make sure you give us a way to send Justin pick-me-ups when you get settled in.
