Temp was at 100, BP 95/48 with SPO2 at 90. His nurse was on the phone when I arrived and never came into the room while I was there this morning; she was speaking with 3 other nurses when I left so I was unable to get an update on how the night went. I'm thinking okay or hopefully someone would have taken the time to notify us.
He was resting during this visit so I pretty much watched him breathe--when I wasn't glancing up and watching Godzilla attack New York on TV. He opened his eyes twice and last time I just told him I would be back in a bit and he nodded okay.
I'll update again this afternoon. Will be a busy 3 days visiting and getting him packed for Shepherd (yeah)!
Love you all..............

Hey Justin's Mom! Did Shep.'s give you a list of clothes and things that Justin would need....and take lots of pics of folks at home..a good photo album will probably help ground him to home....he will have been away for awhile...You know you are awesome, yes?...Make sure you get some rest...the next two weeks are gonna be movin'!.....See ya soon....Melinda
ReplyDeleteHey Mama Hen---or I suppose I should start calling you QueenMom since you were more affectionately nick-named that. Shepherd didn't really detail clothes. Ms. Peckham indicated items like shorts, t-shirs and undies (he's a boxer kind of guy which she said should work good even if he still has a cathetor ??spelling). I hadn't thought of a photo album but Shepherd did state we could bring things from home such as anything pertaining to hobbies and such. He has a friend that is planning to send things up he can decorate his room with and my daughter will definitely keep him supplied with pictures (she's studying photography and pretty good at it too). Thanks for the advice and support. Judy
